The Kettle U Tube Exchanger is specially optimized for gas-liquid phase change working conditions. Its shell body is enlarged with a built-in evaporation separation space, which can realize natural gas-liquid separation without additional separation equipment. The floating tube bundle structure allows free thermal expansion to eliminate thermal stress and adapt to temperature fluctuation conditions.

The equipment has a simple internal structure, low fouling rate and convenient manual cleaning. All finished products pass strict hydrostatic test and non-destructive flaw detection. The thickened cylinder and reinforced structure ensure stable operation under high pressure, solving the problems of poor separation effect and difficult maintenance of ordinary heat exchangers in vaporization processes.
