Product Description
The tube sheet plate is the core pressure-bearing and sealing part of shell and tube heat exchangers. It is processed by integral forging, surface milling and CNC high-precision drilling. The hole position is accurately calibrated to ensure perfect assembly with heat exchange tubes.
The tube sheet firmly fixes the tube bundle and completely separates the tube-side and shell-side fluid to avoid medium mixing. After drilling, the plate undergoes acid pickling, passivation and heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. Each finished tube sheet passes non-destructive testing and flatness inspection to meet high-pressure industrial working conditions.

Packaging and Transportation
The tube sheet surface is coated with anti-rust oil. All holes are sealed with dust-proof plugs. Shockproof foam is pasted on both sides. Reinforced wooden boxes or steel frames are used for outer packaging to prevent plate deformation and hole damage during transportation.
