Product Description
The Titanium Tube Sheet Heat Exchanger is a high-end industrial heat exchange equipment for extreme corrosive environments. The tube bundle is made of industrial pure titanium or titanium alloy, while the tube sheet adopts titanium alloy or titanium-steel explosion-bonded composite plate. The integrated fixed welding structure ensures overall rigidity and structural stability under harsh chemical conditions.
A dense protective titanium oxide film is formed on the metal surface to isolate chloride ions and strong acid liquid erosion. Optimized segmental baffles enhance fluid turbulence and heat transfer efficiency. All welding joints are treated with special welding process without impurity mixing. Packaging and Transportation
